What is it?
Trajecta Carbon provides you with a clear overview of where your organisation stands within its operations and value chain, as well as the best actions to take now and in the future. We ask questions, perform research, transform data into actionable insights, and offer practical advice to create a feasible sustainability plan, which ties in well with your broader commercial and operational strategy. This plan consists of five essential, integrated elements and is tailored to your type of business, regardless of where you are in the value chain.
How does
it work?
This happens in a few steps. First we set up a meeting, visit your office, farm or factory, and ask a number of questions. This will take anywhere between two hours and half a day if you show us around. After that we go home and start working on the delivery of the Health Check. Within a few weeks, we come back to present and discuss our findings. This includes the below five elements.

We analyse what your competitors are doing and saying and advise on what this means in relation to sustainability trends in your industry. We identify the best practices and build upon them.

We identify climate, regulatory, and procurement risks. The less control you have over your value chain and the stricter the requirements from customers and government, the more crucial effective risk management becomes.

We help you identify the best ways to communicate with customers, employees, the government, and the broader public. We closely follow relevant regulations, such as ACM and EU Green Claims.

We provide a ranking of effective ways to reduce emissions from your operations and value chain.
Next steps
During the presentation of the Health Check, we’ll include a plan how to achieve the above mentioned and our potential role in the journey. Often you’d proceed to Aim, Act & Engage, or perhaps our decarbonisation roadmap will be more suitable for an instrument based approach. Please note, the Health Check comes without any obligation after delivery.
